Mindful Movement & Massage, PLLC
Modern living places a variety of stresses on our bodies that can result in physical discomfort. Our therapist specializes in achieving natural, healthy relief from pain and discomfort using a variety of traditional Asian massage techniques.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, physical problems result from blockages in the flow of energy or “chi” in the body. These blockages or knots in the muscles decrease the flow of oxygen and blood through the body and can result in sensations of shooting pain, numbness and tingling. Special techniques are used by our therapist to release these blockages, helping eliminate the causes of pain and discomfort as well as increase oxygen and blood flow.
